Is there a way to make relaxed hair curly

without using rollers? Any relaxed ladies do a wash and go and achieve that curly look? Can you give details as to what products you used and the results? TIA:D

I havent' been able to do a really successful wash n go yet, but braidouts and twistouts are good as well. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair in those styles.

It depends on if you hair has a natural curl pattern to it and how much your hair is relaxed. If there's no curl pattern there then no. If it's relaxed bone straight, then probably not. You'd have to do a braid out or twist out. There have been quite a few threads on it recently though. You can search and see what you find out. Oh yeah, try plopping and scrunching to see if curls will form. It worked for me.

I really think it depends on the texture of your hair and the strength of your relaxer. I used to wear my hair natural, and early on as I began to relax it, I was able to wear the curlier wash and go look. Now, years later, my hair is so bone straight, I don't think it would curl.

But, if anyone has suggestions on products, please let me know. I'd be willing to try.
