Mega-Tek is the substitute for Ovation's Cell Therapy or you can try MN (Miconozole Nitrate), aka Monistat.

Ovation has a shampoo that's very good and a cream rinse. Eqyss, they make Mega-Tek, has a shampoo, but I've never tried that. I'm not sure how good it is. Eqyss also makes Cloud 9, which is the "knock off" for lack of a better word, of Ovation's Cream Rinse.

So, it goes:

Ovation Cell Therapy = Eqyss Mega Tek
Ovation Cream Rinse = Eqyss Premier Cloud 9
Ovation's Shampoo or Eqyss has their shampoo, but I can't vouch for it.

If you don't want to pay the OCT/Ovation prices, I'd definitely go with the MT/Eqyss line of products - it's manufactured by the same company (DC Labs) and seems to give roughly the same results.
They do have a shampoo, and several ladies love it.

Never heard of the Biotene stuff. *shrug*
