Spray since I do not like to manipulate ny hair too much during the week. A spray allows me to moisturize without having to manipulate too much.

UBH lotion and spray are by Cathy Howse. She was one of the first pioneers in proving that black women could grow long beautiful hair. She is either loved or hated here, I personally like her. Well for *ME* it's a little mushy and it tangles easier. I would like something which moisturizes BUT keeps the hair looking smooth and manageable.
