I use the following on my hair...I use gobs and gobs of it when I'm combing out my hair. My hair seems to like it, but I don't want to do a protein overload....and if this is a protiene, then I know I don't need to condition with a protiene since I use it to detangle..

The item is motions foaming wrap lotion with silicone & Panthenol & the ingredient in question is collagen amino acids.

:yep: Collagen is a protein. There's a thread around here somewhere identifying all the different proteins...if I can find it, I'll post it for you.

THANKS FOR THE WELCOME :) I appreciate that too. Now I know too that I'm going to dry to deep condtion with a protien conditioner once a week to balance all the moisure I've been feeding to my hair since LHCF :)
