Is MT/OCT still the hot ish....

......on this board? I have been off the hair board for a while and was wondering is this is still the main growth aid. I still have MT but my hair seemed to stop growing. I went on to something else, but I might go back to MT in the future. Maybe my hair needed a rest.

I still use my trusty old OCT mixed with MN and still getting great growth

I still use it. But I don't use it everday. I use it when Im 4-8 weeks post and 2-3 times a week. Then take a break. Then start over again.

I stopped using the MT and OCT this year. I never really seemed to get the accelerated growth the rest of the ladies here were getting, MT did thicken my hair though. I've gone back to MN and now use the MT /OCT once in a while as a cowash.
