Is Mayo A Good PrePoo Treatment?

Hey Ladies,
I am about to wash my hair and I was wondering if Mayonnaise is a good Pre Shampoo treatment? Or is it better if I just Prepoo with mayo than CW?

I used to use mayo all the time as a pre poo with honey and oil added it worked great I havent tried it in a while but in a pinch I would be heading strait for the fridge.

Yea, I'm still doing it. And I've been consistent with it for over 3 years.
