Is KeraCare's Dry and Itchy Scalp Shampoo BLUE?

I am absolutely elated to find that TJ Maxx carries KeraCare. Anyway, in a rush I grabbed the Humecto and Dry and Itchy Scalp Shampoo. I intended to get the regular shampoo. The tops didn't have a saftey guard or anything, so I want to make sure no one dropped any chemical forumulas in the shampoo LOL Is it really blue? It smells medicated, too. Any reviews?

This was a welcomed treat for me in my relaxed days. It's definitely blue and it makes your scalp tingle. It's particularly good for dandruff as well.
