Is Itching associated with massaging????

I don't know if anyone eles experiences this but I just started really doing 45 min. massages on my scalp with my braids in and after I am done massaging my scalp itches like crazy! Am I the only one or are their others that experience the same thing? And what does this mean? All feedback welcomed!!!!!

I think its due to increased blood flow to the area. That may be what's causing the itching. Just my opinion, HTH.

I was going to say the same thing that Spain did. It may be caused by the increase bloodflow. Everyone responds differently to things. Hope it helps with the growing btw.

I experience the same thing. DH always massages my scalp for me. My scalp never itches UNTIL he starts. Then it itches like crazy. I have always thought it was the strangest thing.

my great gram use to say its cause its growing i think it was her way of saying the increased blood flow too might be good to do a shorter amount of time
