Is it possible to use regular thread when sewing on LF wigs and weaves?

Hello

I just got a custom lace front wig and i want it to be as natural looking as possible, but im not willing to use any glue or tape. I want to sew this wig onto my head, but I was thinking that the thread used for sew ins is maybe to thick for the hairline of my lacefront. Is it possible to use normal sewing thread? This is a lot thinner and im thinking it would be less noticeable.

TIA

I wouldn't chance it. The thinnest of the thread may cut into your real hair.
