Yes. Your hair is growing every single day. It grows .5 mm per day on average. if it grows 1/2 inch per month, then it must grow half that in 2 weeks. How much growth have you gotten?

^ That's what I was going to say. At any point in time, some hair is growing out of you scalp. It's just more noticeable if you cut all your hair off . The longer your hair gets the harder it is to tell
