Is it okay to use Carefree Curl on scalp?

I have relaxed hair and right now my hair is in micro's
I know Carefree Curl is a protein and a moisturizer. Is it okay that I use this on my scalp?

I wouldn't apply it directly onto my scalp because I don't like products on my scalp. And especially if they aren't natural products - and again whatever I'd be applying has to be sth that is beneficial to skin/scalp and I don't see what good any of the ingredients in it would do your scalp. The thought alone is making my scalp itch.
