Is it ok to use Aphogee 2 minute daily or every other day?

I have one spot in the back of my head that is breaking and dry. I wanted to know if it is safe to use the Aphogee as previously noted. Or is there any other product that can help rebuild that damaged area. I think it was slightly overprocessed.

I use it once bi-weekly and it has damn near stopped my severe breakage. That along with DC'ing.

Yep. When the breakage was REALLY bad I use to use it every week but now its died down tremendously. I use Hairveda Strinillah for my moisture DC....The front of my hair is about 3c but the back and some parts of the middle are 4zzzzzzzzzzz from what I see. The breakage was in the back also from my NG humping each other.
