is hair shedding normal?

because i don't like it a lot... what can i do to stop it from shedding?

hair shedding is completely normal, everyone's hair sheds. however, excessive shedding isn't normal (like clumps of hair all the time). most people shed an average of up to 100 hairs per day.

When i was shedding excessive a few months ago, i used Nutrine Unscented Garlic Shampoo. Worked like a charm
