Is GNC MSM any good?

i just want to know. I like the linguasul, but i dunno if i can get around to ordering it online like i usually do, so i just wanted to know how y'all find the GNC MSM.

Also, is 1000mg of MSM a day okay for effects on your hair suppliment? I see you all taking 3000mg- 5000mg. I don't think i'm willing to step up to more than 2000mg, if anything.

I have taken GNC MSM in the past and thought it was pretty good. I was taking one every 12 hours during the month of Nov/Dec and in January I had a growth spurt.

My nails grew really fast too.

The side effects that I experienced were headaches and I had a bad case of acne for about 3 weeks. I swear I had this bump on my face that would not go away. It was not a pimple but like a lump of something under the skin. (Yuck!) Anyway, if finally disappeared.
