I've bought good smelling, natural products before but they tended to seem like they'd work great if i were natural but on my relaxed strands, they were just greasy and weighed me down. Is CD any different?

I've only used the Tui Hair Smoothie, and it's great for my relaxed hair. That's the only product in which I can just detangle w/o any additional products AND it keeps my hair moisturized for 2 days (again, w/o any additional products added!).

I think I'll order the 8oz when I go on my next Sephora spree (it's pricey but worth it). :)

I've used her hair smoothie conditioner and healthy hair butter in the past and they worked on my hair.

If you wear your hair down, IMO, they are too greasy. If you tend to wear rollersets and protective styles, they are ok. The hair balm, the tui smoothie, and the HHB are oil based with Beeswax in them so that combination and 'swingin' hairstyles dont work too well together.

I agree w/ Atlien11 but if you're not heavy handed the HHB should work for you. I've found that a little goes a long way with her haircare line. I use several of her products and like them all  ! And the Tui Oil smells heavenly!
