Is Aveda Curl Enhancer Gel Worth the $$$ for 4a/b Hair

Wondering your thoughts on this. I was considering buying their gel yesterday to see if I can find a natural alternative to what I do now for defining curls. I don't mind spending the money if it works, but does this product really work to elongate, defrizz and define 4a/b hair? Any before and/or after pictures anyone?
