Is anyone else STILL waiting on their Mane Choice order?

I ordered products from them on Black Friday and still today there hasn't been much movement on my order.

I did and they didn’t respond. Then I sat in their customer service chat today. The message said someone would answer in 2 minutes, but no one ever did.I wait for probably 15 minutes?

Also I went to their ig page and others complained too about not receiving their orders or emails not responded to.

Thank you so much!!!! This is good to know. At least I’m not alone. I hope they are working on it. I remember that Melanine Haircare had issues this year with their supply chain. I wonder if this is the same issue. They may have had fewer angry customers if they had been communicating about this.

I had to wait close to 2 months for my last order. I now exclusively order from places like Sally's and Ulta for my Mane products.
