If so, what foods are you eating? I'm trying to do the egg thing but what else? I don't really wanna do the whey protein thing.

HTH!

I think fruits and vegetables are very important too!

I eat lots of protein for overall health. Chicken, turkey, tuna, tofu, whey protein, low fat cheese, eggs, and almonds. I've been doing this consistently for over a month now, and I think my hair has grown a little more than it typically does - it's kind of early to tell, though.
