Creme of Nature left lots of buildup on my hair. But once i used a clarifying shampoo followed by a moisturising shampoo, everything was fine

Excellent question! /images/graemlins/up.gif

What clarifying shampoo do you use?

I used Pantene once but i realized it was too drying. So now I am using either V05 Kiwi Lime Shampoo ( which was on sale for .75 at CVS at the time) or Keracare 1st Lather. Im not sure which one i like better tho

John Frieda Relax Total Clarity shampoo is excellent at removing product (shampoo, styling aids, etc.) build-up.

I tried Suave, but it left my hair hard when I rinsed. I like Back to Basics White Grapefruit Clarifying Poo it has vitamins, aloe, glyercin and grapefruit and I here Avlon Lemon Verbena is good.I really love cream of nature, but I have a hard time telling when it is time to clarify. I just guess.

I liked this shampoo too but the entire "relax" line by John Freida has been discontinued. /images/graemlins/frown.gif I am going to give nexxus aloe rid shampoo a try next /images/graemlins/ohwell.gif

When I was still using CON, I used Pantene's clarifying shampoo and they both worked fine. I don't use either anymore though.
