ION Reconstructor Treatment Question

for those who use this product do you use heat?

The pack doesn't mention heat. It says to leave on for 10 minutes...

I do not use heat with the Ion Reconstructor. Doing so is discouraged by the fact that this product tends to get foamy when you put in your hair like a shampoo. It worked very well to help stop my hair shedding though. And I didn't leave it on for 10 whole minutes. More like 5 while I finished my shower.

I use heat, but then again, I add stuff too it.

I used this product a long time ago. Sometimes I used heat with it, and sometimes I didn't use heat with it. I think it works good either way.
