INTERESTED IN CHEAPER & POTENT HF37 Replica

A while back i posted about my experience using HF37 replica called "Holland & Barratts Body fortress amino 1500", which is cheaper and yielded better hair growth results. in fact another UK member here also uses this product, i think its kizzylonghair.

Quote from old thread:
"Have you ever heard of HF37 its aminos/b-vits, my hair used to grow slow like 1/4-1/2 per month and when i began taking this in 2002-2003 my growth rate hit 1 inch a month and sometimes more, i didn't retain the length because i didn't know about hair care until i joined LHCF. this product became too expensive for me to continue so i went to my local health shop and purchase Amino acid/b-complex and i received the same if not better results. if you peek at my natural hair photo's you'll see i went from below shoulder length to near waist length within six months".

Since posting about it i have recieved a number of PMs about ladies who wish to purchase this product from the UK, unfortunately holland & barratt do not ship to UK. My suggestion is, find a reputable brand of all essential/non-essential amino acids and make a comparsion between the potency of HF37. If however, you do not have any luck finding a similar brand, i'm happy to ship to US.

Product comparsion

take a look at this comparsion between the two supplements.

HF37 serving size 6 tablets

L-Isoleucine 200mg
L-Leucine 320mg
L-Lysine 100mg
L-Methionine 240mg

then look here Holland/Barratts BODY FORTRESS Amino 1500
/i calculated the total mg of 6 serving size. the milligrams are far higher and there's a better chance of high benefits in comparsion to HF37 IMHO. So you can swallow a lot less tablets.

Optimum nutrition amino 2222 liquid is good. I got good growth with it and a regular multivitamin. And it tastes good to me.....like bitter strawberry coolaid.

Also twinlabs 1500.......noticed good growth in 2 weeks, I just couldn't stomach the taste. Taste like orange "throw up".

i remember taking the liquid form it was very good but like yours, it tasted sickening lol

I was going to advise liquid aminos. Twinlab is a good brand and can be found in London 'Amino Fuel' is what it's called. For the other step I'd try to find a liquid vitamin as they enter the bloodstream quicker and bypass the whole digestion phase that the tablets do yielding better results.

The Optimum Nutrition liquid amino seems to be more potent than Twinlabs, plus it gets another plus for better taste according to diamoness and den! The Optimum is slightly more expensive than the Twinlabs and the Optimum bottle recommends a serving before each meal and before and after training. One serving looks fine enough.

How much were you taking daily? Did you mix them with anything (water or juice) or just take it by itself? When did you notice growth with the Optimum? It doesn't look like you can get many servings out of the Optimum, how long did it last you?

Sorry for all the questions :)

I followed the dosage on the bottle.
Twinlabs =====i think it was 3 tbls per day(straight from a spoon)....sorry I dont remember.
But I do know that I saw results with it in 2 wks. I don't measure(only approximate) so I dont know how much......and I stopped before a whole month passed cuz it was too damn nasty.

I then switched to Optimun Nutrition.....I took twice the recommened doseage. Although I did have more than my normal amount of growth (approx. 1/4 inch per month), I didn't see quick, definate, undeniable results like I did with Twinlabs (my new growth was alot thicker too with TLabs).

I actually tried to go back to twinlabs months later..............but...its just too nasty.......I used to hold my nose, tried mixing it with stuff.......nothin helped.

If somebody can come up with a recipe to mask the taste, I would use it again.

This one sounds really potent, and that's per mg of powder, it seems like it would be more potent than H&B one that i take. Don't get me wrong i think the one i take yeilds good results, but after reading the this label info I think you've prompted me to be on the look out for one that matches up to this one. I know i'm so greeedy for growth lol

Yep this is the one everyone is talking about, judging by the mg it doesn't seem as potent when compared with HF37 or my H&B brand.

Hi Den,

Yes it is me doing our H37 Replicia. Using Holland and Barrett items.

I read another post that you are taking Amino Liquid instead as well.
GIRL SO AM I for about 1 month, i done my research its the most potent, cheapest, quickiest(no swallowing pills) way to get Amino/protein in to our system.

Happy Growing

Hi Kizzy. thanks for confirming that your on the HF37 Replica, i must agree that the holland and barrat products are wondeful, i was also getting very tired of taking large tablets. I'm gonna try and stomach the liquid formula for now lol, it is indded more potent than the tablet form thats why i decided to go back to it. happy growing.

Den1

Can someone post a picture of Holland/Barratts bottle? This is good thread I am using the H37 tablets but would like to use liquids instead. Also what about the the other tablets that are part of H37 system are you just replacing that one with a multi-vitamin or something else? :)
