Thank you all for inspiring me to grow my hair. First it was going to be 12 inches (i thought that was long b4) , then 18 now im going for the BIG 24"(just paste waste legnth by june-july 04.

Being here and looking at the growafrohairlong.com
shows me that there's NO LIMIT to how long hair can grow it just takes patience time and care. And i did read that usually the AVERAGE head of hair can grow to about 3feet (i only want 2). SO i WILL get there regardless i will get there if ALL the other races can get there i don't see why us women cant.

where can i get menthol shampoo/oil?

Don't have any info for you on the menthol shampoo, but agree this board is an inspiration! Is the menthol shampoo a stimulant for your scalp? If you can't find that, you might try a peppermint shampoo, which is definitely stimulating and easier to find!
