2. How long did use use the hair for? 6 weeks

3. How often did you wash it? I had to wash mine once a week because it would become flat and stringy looking, especially if I tried to put anythign on my scalp (such as oil)

4. Did you dye/bleach it? No. Luckily it matched my dark brown hair.

5. Did it tangle? If so, after how long? No tangles or shedding.

6. Did it matt? If so after how long? No.

7. Would you purchase the same hair again or not? I wouldn't. It's excellent hair as far as tangling and shedding goes, plus when u wash it and let it air dry, it waves up naturally. The texture for me was off. I have 4b hair. IT was hard trying to blend it with my hair. It didn't hold a curl very well either, IMO.

2. How long did use use the hair for? I've reused hair 2 or 3 times. It's usually still good after the 3rd time but by then, I've cut the hair so many times that it doesn't match up with length of the new style I'm going for
3. How often did you wash it? Sometimes I wash or rinse everyday but if not, I wash atleast 3 times a week. This hair doesn't need lots of product so if I decide to put a touch of anything in it, ie shea butter, or oil my scalp, this hair will hold on to that product until you wash it out. My natural hair is completely different (that's the part I miss about it )
4. Did you dye/bleach it? The hair I usually get is either dark or light brown with a little reddish tint to it. I usually by a chocolate or jet black permanent hair color. I dye it and it looks good!
5. Did it tangle? If so, after how long? I've never dealt with tangles with this hair. EVER!! I'm so lucky for that because I've heard of other Remy or indian hair (not necessarily for the same website) complain of tangles.
6. Did it matt? If so after how long? No
7. Would you purchase the same hair again or not?[/COLOR]yes yes and YES. I'll be transitioning for 1 more year and I wouldn't do it anyother way than with this hair from IH.com.


I hope this helps with your decision. I have to say that I've been very pleased about them. I've posted pics of my 2nd to last job. I haven't posted any recent ones because I haven't had the chance but let me know if you want to see it. I'll dig the thread up or find the links.

I have purchased the natural straight hand tied and the double drawn bulk in deep wavy.

2. How long did use use the hair for?
Hmmm good question. I wear weaves so often its hard to say... But I used the str8 for about 2 months and the bulk wavy for about 2 months also. The str8 I plan to reuse. The bulk obviously cant really be reused b/c I had braids. Both it stayed in good cond. I would have kept the bulk in longer but I got the urge to change styles. But the hair would have held for at least another month.

3. How often did you wash it?
Aprox once/week using CON for poo and John Frieda smooth control for cond. Sometimes I switch up and use motions for poo and Pantene frizz down for cond. I also clarify like once a month w/Pantene.

4. Did you dye/bleach it?
Did highlights on the str8 using bleach powder.. No dyeing on the bulk double drawn.

5. Did it tangle? If so, after how long?
No tangles... The double drawn deep wavy is clearly not as good a quality as natural str8. But its processed and not remy so I expected that.

6. Did it matt? If so after how long?
No matting

7. Would you purchase the same hair again or not?
Yes on both. In fact I have ordered the natural str8 hair multiple times from IH w/no problem. The deep wavy I honestly didnt like the actual curl pattern. I wanted a tighter curl but the quality was good enough to reorder, especially for braids...

I only buy the remy double drawn colored bulk. I get color #1 or 1b.

I leave it in for 6-8 weeks for braids.

2 times a week or more

no, i bought it already dyed

NEVER!

6. Did it matt? If so after how long?
NEVER!

7. Would you purchase the same hair again or not?
Yes - for my braids. It does not match my hair for sew-ins.

I think the curly hair sold at indianhairs.com is a crap shoot. I have only heard of one person maybe who said the hair was Ok. Others have said it was very tangly...
