I've been trying, unsuccessfully. to purchase Affirm 5 in 1 as well as get some information on the appropriate usage of this product and its ingredients. Can anyone help me?

I did take a look at their site and yes, there is the salon finder, but unfortunately the site doesn't identify the ingredients or usage. Do you know whether or not this should only be used once a month and what's in it?
