are pantothenic acid and biotin the samething? because i'm getting 10 mg of pantothenic acid in my multi viatmin and i don't wanna OD on this stuff

( evne thought wfor what i found out it's harmless)ne way my online research has lead me to the assumption that they are one in the same. can ya'll help me out?

No, it's not the same thing. Pantothenic acid is also known as B-5. I take 1,000 mg of it daily.
