I have learned so much from this forum.

HOWEVER>>>>>>:wallbash:

Everytime I tell my sister something she tells me what her hairdresser says.

I have achieved great results from this forum.

When I talked to her about things I have learned here. It is like she says Ok, and then never mentions it again. I have printed information about oil-pulling about 3 times and she always looses it.

She tells me I should not eat RAW.

I mentioned putting Henna in my Moms hair . She starts to tell me what her hairdresser said about henna. I am sure her hairdresser does not use oil or eggs in her henna mix. GRRRRRRRRRRRR

It's frustrating.

don't force advice on people who aren't ready to receive it... that's why you're so frustrated. :yep:

let her listen to her hairdresser all she wants to. in a year or so when your hair has retained all kinds of length and she's still at the same spot (or maybe even shorter), then maybe she'll be willing to listen.

Similar problem with my sister. She didn't listen to me and, ended up with breakage and a bald spot.

What I have learnt that you you can take a horse to water but, you can't force it to drink. Concertate your efforts on your hair and, once the penny drops with your sister on how you are taking care of your hair and, she notices your hair health/growth and, want the same, just be there for her.

HTH
