Well not everything works for everybody, but their stuff sounds like it's has lots of alcohol in it which can be VERY drying. I'm rather surprised that a product marketed to "mixed chicks" is so booze heavy. That stuff is usualy in products meant to hold (hair sprays, gels, etc..) or for oily hair types.

It didn't work for me at all....a little better for my DD. From the ingredients list (reading with glasses) I can see the leave in has too much glycerin for me.

I tried this stuff earlier this year and had the same results. Like you said, the conditioner was just okay, and the leave-in left my hair like I just slapped one lot of mousse or gel in it, crunchy and dry, but, foolish me, I decided to use it until it was finished. Big mistake! Now that I see the amount of alcohol it has in it, I think I may have came up with an answer as to why my hair didn't retain as much length this year as it usually does.
