I'm so obsessed with beautiful hair...

that everytime "Olivia" by Kanye West comes on TV i sit there transfixed starring at Stacey Dash's hair. It's exactly how i want my hair to be in a couple of years. Funny thing is i didn't even like the song that much when i first heard it. now i love it because of her hair. so what has your hair obsession led you to do that you wouldn't do before?

My hair obsession has led me to try conditioner washes 2-3 times oer week and to stretch my relaxers out to 12 weeks!!!
...and it's working by the way

I had to cut my hair from shoulder to chin length a couple of months ago becuase of severe damamge due to to stress and over processing.

I would love for my hair to look like Queen Latifah's minus the weaves she has been wearing lately. When she started to wear her hair out on that sitcom Living Single I was in awe.

Cassie's hair is beautiful especially in the One way to go video (i think that's the name of the video). oh well, I even started watching tv shows i wouldn't normally watch just because somebody's hair catches my eyes.

I stare at peoples hair and have conversations to myself about it. Like I saw a girl today I was like she's APL but she puts too much grease in her hair...it's crazy. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I love all hair and all conversations revolving around hair.

Most of the time when I am talking to someone, I am trying to look interested in what they are saying but I am looking at there hair and in my mind giving it a "diagnosis". SMH. We need a hair obsession 12 step program.

I find myself looking at peoples hair regardless of race and prescribing specific treatments, cuts and color for the individual (in my head). I find that I talk about or think about hair in some form or another daily...

I find myself obsessing over beautiful hair to. I travel a lot on the weekends so I am all up in peoples heads at the airport. I love people watching. I will look at all races and determine what they need or how beautiful their hair is. Just wishing and hoping one day people will say and think the same about my head

This forum has made me think so much about my hair, which is good because I never used to think much of it, I've learned a lot. But now I feel like I think about hair way too much, I'm measuring ppl's hair with my eyes and seeing if its a weave..lol I'm taking a break from hair boards so I can 'recover

Me too! I check them all out. There are a couple of white girls in my office that have fried their, a real hot mess. Since I've been on this board, I constantly check out hair and then talk to myself about healthy it looks. And girl, your hair is absolutely beatiful in this pic!
