Hi everybody, this is my first post here and i don;t want it to be my last. Now i have been trying to get the hang of this hair thing for a while and i just dont have it yet. I've been here and other hair forums looking for advice, trying this and trying that but still not where i wanna be with the condition of my hair. I see alot of healthy heads here and i just need some help with mine. I wanna start fresh.
For all the ladies who know how it feels to be lost in the hair care world, always looking at others with lovely hair being soo jealous and angry at the same time becasue yours isn't like that, HELP ME please. I'm like that lady or girl you see whith that jacked up head that you just wanna go snatch her up and deep condition it for her something. I really am so eager to get my head together, i really am. I.m for real this time.
Please ladies help me with a fresh start. A relaxer, shampoo, conditioner, deep conditoner, moisturizer, everything and anything you think i need, that you would use for your hair or someone close to you who you know need the hair help. I don;t care if its exspensize either, i wasted loads of money already.

i think my hair is 4a/4b, relaxed,colored too from like 2yrs. ago. i very,very rarely use heat, including a blow drier and that's the best way i can describe it. oh and it's brushing my shoulders.
so there it is. sorry this is soo long for my first post and thanks for reading.

Welcome!!! I am currently using a regimen of all Keracare products. But, you have to find what's best for your hair. Keep browsing the forums and you will learn all sorts of new things. Happy Hair Growing!!!!

WELCOME!!!

Get you some snacks and start reading girl!! :lachen: That's pretty much the best way to find what will work best for your hair.

***Try not to do like me and buy any and all products.

April shower, first of all welcome to the board!!! In terms of product suggestions, I would say look at what you have right now. It's tempting to go out and buy all new stuff when you in fact may already have what you need.

My list of must haves:
1. a moisturising shampoo (your bottle should say if it's a moisturising poo)
2. a moisturising conditioner (same as above);
3. a clarifying shampoo (to use about every 2-4 weeks to remove product buildup);
4. a leave in conditioner;
5. a cholesterol conditioner for deep conditioning (make sure it says to let it sit in your hair for about 10 -15 mins).
