thanks all for your lovely compliments.

although my hair was this long before, i hasn't been this thick since i was a little girl. gee, i need to scan the pic of my hair right before LHCF. It had length, but it was see-through. i used to perm every 4 - 6 weeks bone straight and flat iron and/or blow dry every day :eek:

i was not drinking water, did not have a consistant vitamin regimen, and i had no clue what a protein treatment was. lchf has definitely made the difference. it's all about moderation. i've learned soo many things here.

thanks to all of you for posting your regimen, albums, starting threads asking questions where i received answers, talking about your rave and bomb products. wow.

this place rocks!
