ok...the verdict is IN! MAMA LUVS HONEYDEW SALON! 
my appt this Friday went great! it was even better than i expected! the stylist is Dominican, her name is Luz, and she's wonderful. This is one of the few times i've had my hair styled at a salon and haven't had to play around with it once i've left to get it 'just right'.
Details, details:
she did a touchup with Vitale (sensitive), then deep condition'd with Vitale reconstructor, put me under a hooded steamer, rinsed, blowdried me, trimmed, and flatironed....all for $65! my hair feels very silky, bouncy, & healthy. i've been getting so many compliments at work for the past couple of days & i work in a salon and spa!! aaaaand, my husband can't keep his hands out of my hair! i'm like dammit, what was my hair looking like before???
now, just a heads up concerning time-you might want to plan on setting aside about 3hrs to get a touch up...i'm cool with this, because in the past, i've spent 6+hours in a chair just for a touchup. i KNOW some of you girls know EXACTLY what i am talking about!
well, i hope this info helps! i am definitely a Honeydew Girl as long as Luz is there! thanks again to all the ladies who told me about Vitale relaxer. i KNOW i scratched the nite before and it didn't even burn!!!
i have seen the light!:notworthy Affirm who??? although, i still can't part with my Keracare/Affirm hair products, yet...tee hee....
