Today I saw a lady in the Target. She had the entire front of her hair gelled down with some obvious brown gel that had been there for days . The ends were orange and fried. It is so hard for me to believe that even on a lazy day one cannot take better care of their hair than this. I am so thankful for this forum. I guess we all did weird and detrimental things to our hair prior to LHCF. I actually squeezed my toes together when I saw this. Anyhoo...ladies keep up the good work. How do I tell someone about LHCF without offending them? :help:

WHen you find the answer to that question, please let me know!

Cause there's a dry headed Afro-Hispanic lady that sits next to me in one of my classes. Her 4z hair is so dry it's ashy! Lawd knows every day that I see her, I'm tempted to say something. I just don't know how.

Dont try girl.

There is no way to do it without offending.

I have thought about this for a while and I cant think of a good way to hit somebody up about this site w/o inadvertently stating the obvious: yo hair is toe up.

You don't. I'm sticking with "if they don't ask, I don't tell".
Some people don't care about hair like us and some people WILL get offended.

Just live it alone and pretend you did not see it.

Don't you know brown gel got that good stuff in it makeshair grow, cause the pot says protein? (sarcasm)

Well my hair is looking a HAM as we speak...and I'm at work. And a couple of you have probaly seen me tonight. Oh well.

You can have a "fake" conversation about LHCF on your cellphone in earshot of the "offender" just make sure your cell is on vibrate so you don't get busted looking crazy having a fake conversation. :look:
