has it turned your pee bright yellow:eek: I read that its a common side effect on webmd.com but still.....Im concerned. I put a call into my doctor and she hasn't called back yet so Im asking you ladies. I just started taking it on Saturday and my pee has been bright yellow, staining the tissue ever since. I am not feeling sick or anything and since taking my vitamins I am going strong but wondering if this is going to last or eventually go away.

It's ok. you are just peeing out the excess that your body doesn't need. Happens with high potency vitamins. Nothing to worry about. Welcome to the club of 'Neon Peers'.:D Just be sure to drink plenty of water.

thanks! drinking more water was the first thing that I thought to do.....glad to be a 'neon peer' lol

Bright yellow pee is usually caused by Riboflavin (vitamin b2). Like good2uuuu said, it's nothing to worry about. Happy hair growing!

I had the same thing happen, it's normal. Can I ask a quick question? My liquid B-Complex (that I take for energy and hair growth and all the other great things it does) caused my forehead to break out. Even though I took it with water. I stopped taking it and my forehead cleared up. But I have low energy now and less hair growth. I want to stick with it. Is there anything I can do to avoid the pimples?

Perfectly normal with B complex vitamins.:) Does not necessarily mean there is an excess though. It is just a normal side effect of the vitamins.

Softresses

That's very common and nothing to be concerned about. It just indicates that it is in your system and any excess is relieved in your urine.

It could be a B vitamin that you allergic since the complex is made up of so many. I am not sure what to tell you though.....

I don't want to be allergic to B-complex, because I get a shot for it every three months. Could it be that I had too much in my system. Maybe I shoot for once or twice a week with the liquid. That should help keep the acne away and drink plenty of water on those days...????:(

It really helps my hair and energy level...aw, man!

I think you're right. I will try taken less if any at all. I don't want bad skin but long hair, no thanks.

I kind of agree with her but it could be that you're just taking too much? I'm sensitive to Vitamin C so if I get a high doseage of that my skin goes through hell with welts, hives, etc. You might be able to cut the doseage down and still get the full benefits. :look:
