Hi, Ladies! I've been reading the posts about the baggie method and would really like to put this method into rotation. The problem is, I have kitchen issues! About 2 years ago, I transitioned for about 16months, hoping my hair would grow back there. It didn't--and now that winter is here I want to wear more protective styles but it ain't happenin' w/ those beedeebee's in the back!

I wear braid-out the majority of the time but my kitchens just won't cooperarate.

Can the baggie be used over my braids for the braid-out?

What do you think the results would be considering I will still be wearing my hair "out"?

I would think that you would still yield results with the baggie over braids, but have you considered a very low bun instead?

Bee, I feel you. My kitchen and sides are about 1 inch long and prevent me from wearing protective styles like that too. I do the baggie at night and take it out in the morning instead. On the weekends, if I'm not going anywhere during the day, I wear it longer.
