I had an intense workout last night and all day my scalp has been itching like crazy /images/graemlins/spinning.gif I just washed my hair Friday /images/graemlins/confused.gif Does this mean I have to was my hair after each workout /images/graemlins/wallbash.gif Please say it ain't so /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Yep, well at least condition wash. That happened to me when i used to work out, that sweat would irritate my scalp something awful! Plus sweat dries out your hair so i would rinse it anyway just to be safe.
