I want this! How do I get it?

Okay, I am in love with this hair style (bobs period) and want this one for the summer.

I don't want to cut my hair; my hair is actually opposite long in back shorter in front. I just want to get the look without the permanentness.

I have never has a sew in but would this be a full or does your hair show?

I just didn't want to deal with my hair this summer and reduce breakage...

My hair is shorter so I'm guessing I will use more pins; plus my layers. I am going to go toy around now. LOL. I have no skills with hair hence why I'm here.
