i think myoplex makes something...i see it at the pro shop at bally's all the time....or maybe try some atkins shakes...i hear they taste pretty good....

I've added one protein shake to my diet daily too. I use a protein powder shake mix from GNC in chocolate flavor- blend it with milk and some extra chocolate syrup. All I can say is yumm

...and it only takes 30seconds to make.

also vitaminshoppe has their brand of protein powder, u get a huge tub of it for 20 something bucks. It would last for months. Its not bad at all, It was the fist I ever tried. If u want a little better brand, then Designer Whey's protein powder is good too.
If u want it to taste thicker like a milkshake, add some lowfat milk or chocolate milk or chocolate soy milk and some vanilla yogurt and ice in a blender....yum! and that gives it even more protein from the milk and yogurt.

Chocolate silk tasts pretty good by itself, u could just add some protein powder to that too...

I take Aria protein shakes in chocolate flavor...the key is to add at least a half teaspoon of sugar and mix in the blender for at least a minute.

Myoplex tastes awful . You really have to get used to it. I bought a sample bag for $6. It's really for serious body builders, not for anyone looking for a good flavor.

I was drinking GNC Optium Whey Protein Shake with 23 gm and wanted a shake with 50gm.
The man that worked a vitamin world said my GNC brand was not a real protein shake and it has mostly fillers.
I bought Precisioned Engine chocolate shake and it taste worse than my GNC brand and does not dissolve quickly.
I have to force it down (gagging).

I will have to see which gives better results.

Not to call you out carrie... but didn't you say once that Isopure No-Carb was pretty good? I have been meaning to ask you how their chocolate flavors are.
