I tried so hard to stay natural from the roota to the toota, but I recently slipped. I know so many of you ladies are gonna feel me on this, those who were once trying to keep it natural but couldn't.

To those who thought they could go all natural and 'failed' this thread is for you. At first I was feeling so bad by my actions, but you live and learn, right? Here's my story:

I have been staying away from products that don't contain ingredients I can either eat or pronounce, but I went back to an oldie but goodie--- Mane-n-Tail leave in conditioner. Yep went back to it and those methylsizaonaocnekouerekjdreu ingredients. I used it last night after washing my hair, put it in 'phatty' two strands, and airdried over night. Tell my why my hair is fiyah today? Tell me that. I will post pics tonight.

Wow, I haven't seen this screen name in so long!
Good to see you're still around...;)

P.S. I'm really ticked at you for peaking my interest in MNT. I don't want to try anymore products!!!

Lemme tell you something about Mane-n-Tail:

This product was a staple for me from 8th grade on up until college. I really think it plus 911 leave in conditioner balanced my hair out because I used to get my hair blowdried (while wet) then HARD PRESSED and my hair was still healthy (not as healthy as it is now, but it was still a bush). This was before I learned about the damaging of proteins when used to much, but I think they balance my hair out while using heat.

Me too! MNT is the truth. I used some as a leave-in just last night.

And you and your man are just too cute in that siggy pic! Y'all need to be on the cover of a travel magazine.:D

 I use whatever works on my hair...that good old vitapointe with the mineral oil and beeswax will be my baby's daddy when I decide to keep a blow out or press for longer than a few days

My heart is still slowing down, In my head I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I know it is your choice to be natural or relaxed, but your natural hair is a work of art!!!

Glad you left your hair how it was its beautiful. I use mnt as my leave in and as a rinse out conditioner and I love it. It is one of my staples.
