First let me start with the shampoo:

1. it has formaldehyde in it:nono:
2. didn't lather - I felt like I was washing my hair with conditioner
3. my hair didn't feel any different

Treatment:

1. has mineral oil in it :nono:
2. left my hair feeling somewhat soft (I could feel the silicones in the product) however it did NOT do anything special to my hair:sad:
3. I found it somewhat watery - just blah.
4. smell: not so hot

Leave in:

1. don't like the smell at ALL.
2. made my hair feel blah

Is there anyone else who had a similar experience?

Next on my list is Lacio Lacio and Miss Keys - I hope I have better luck with those:rolleyes:

I don't like Silicon Mix either. The treatment was not moisturizing. Had some slip, but my hair felt coated; I know its the cones and mineral oil:nono:

The leave-in left my hair dry and stiff and I used it very sparingly.

Generally tho I :love::love::love::love: dominican conditioners. Most of them I find are very good both moisture and protein ones.

Hope you like the 10 en 1 as much as I love it :) best moisture DC I've ever tried.

This just simply confirms that everything ain't made for everybody :nono:...I personally LOVE the leave-in and tratamiento and they are staples. Hope you have better luck with other products :yep:

Everything is not for everyone. Our hair responds differently to all products. I would say keep searching and experimenting until your find what works for you. :yep: If you are anti-mineral oil, Dominican products are not for you. :nono:

Are you serious??!, how is this possible to be sold in a product??!! I like Miss Keys but im honestly afraid there is some ingredient in there like formaldehyde so i dont buy it anymore

You're not the only one who dislikes the whole line. I tried it at least 3 times and I just don't care for it (I particularly don't like the smell). I actually sold it to a good friend of mine just last week, since her hair loves it.

Taytay! Cousin! Why didn't you ask me first? I coulda saved you some money  I tried the conditioner and it didn't do anything for my hair either. From my experience naturals love it and a few relaxed ladies love to use it when they have a bunch of newgrowth to tame.

I've used the shampoo and liked it, the leave is OK but I perfer my Lady Fior Avacado or Emergencia. I have YET to try the treatment and I have a jar in my PJ stash. Waiting to use everything up before I start depleting the stash. :lachen:

Experiment with other products and read ingridents before buying. I know you will find something you love. :yep:

You know, I really don't like the Silicon Mix Treatment by itself. I found it too drying. But when I mixed maybe a teaspoon or two of it with another moisturizing deep conditioner it worked like a charm. :2inlove:

ETA: Mixed with Emergencia yielded EXCELLENT results for me! HTH

Tiffers! Girl I OBVIOUSLY wasn't thinking. Damn:wallbash: well it's ok, I'll just sell it back on Ebay. What are the ingredients in Miss Keys? I had to wash that ish (silicon mix) out my head, so I clarified and I tried Lacio this morning...it was o.k. can't hold a candle next to humectress though:rolleyes:

So...should I stay away from Miss Keys too?!

SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME THE INGREDIENTS!

TIA:look:

Bumping

Can someone let me know if Miss Key is similar to silicon mix in terms of ingredients? If it's softening like Lacio Lacio then I'll be o.k.

TIA!
