I finally did a wet bun thingy. My hair is extremely soft.

I first washed with Hair therapy shampoo, then I did a Keraphix then followed with the Hair therapy conditioner. I mean you cant see no lumps or anything it is really smooth.

Next I have to work on perfecting a bun, because my bun is so small and not full.

I do u gals get it to have definition.

I cant believe how smooth it is, I mean you can see the waves which means I have mad new grwoth but it is just sooooooooo smooth and soft, whoa. and it only took like mins to do

Congratulations on your bun success! You can get one of those foam chignons at Sally's to have a nice full bun (I don't have one but I've seen them there). I think most people cover them with something so the foam doesn't break the hair. I just wear my tiny little bun how it is. Ain't no shame in it

If you can't find the donut at Sally's you can make your own donut by doing this:

Take an old cotton sock and cut out of the toe. Then, roll it up to make a donut shape. Take a knee-hi and cut out the toe. Then roll it up around the cotton sock.

I haven't yet mastered the everyday wet bun but hopefully soon! Good luck and congrats on your success!

Hairlove, what do you do with the donut after that? I need step by step instructions!

How do you get your hair around it?

Thank you for the tip. My buns haven't been looking right either.

Honi,

To use the bun donut, I do this:
I take my hair a put it into a ponytail using a no-ouch band.
Then, I take the bun donut and pull my hair through it.
Next, I lean my head over and fan my hair out and around the donut so that it's covered.
Then, I take another no-ouch band and put it over the donut (essentially, in the same spot where the original no-ouch band is)
With the hair that's still left out, I wind it around the donut and pin it in place with good days hair pins.
