hey ladies--
I'm transitioning and also interviewing for a new job in a fairly conservative city. I'd like to give my hair a break, but braids might not be my best option. So, I'm contemplating a weave, but I've never had one and have no idea where to start and what questions to ask. Can someone help me please? I did a search and saw a good thread on weaves, but I was lost in the terminology and I have no idea where to begin. What should I ask a stylist? How much should I expect to pay? What type of hair? I'm in Chicago, so ig anyone has any suggestions for a stylist I owuld appreciate that as well.
