I bought this Wild Growth Hair Oil today also! It was $7.99 at Sally's BSS.
If you go to their website (wildgrowth.com) and follow the "Announcements" link, they describe the new packaging in detail. There's a gold bar on the bottle to indicate its quality, and the product ingredients and instructions are listed on the bottle in multiple languages. (The website pics of the bottle are outdated.)
