I started getting really tired and couldn't figure out why until I googled some of the medications and supplements I've been taken. Apparently, garlic can lead to anemia for some people. Anyone else encountered this?

Funny enought I am anemic and I was taking garlic pills...noticed for a few months was feeling extra drowsy...wondering if it stimulated this?

:perplexed I ended up sleeping my weekend away. I was bone tired. I haven't taken any garlic supplements for two days and I'm feeling better. Maybe it depends on if you have low iron issues to start with?

oh freakin - shoot. Why didn't I make this correlation? I've been so coooold lately to the point I thought I had a disorder and was head bound to a physician. I'm taking a nutrition class now and garlic is in fact known to "thin the blood" makes soo much sense -hmmmmmm.

Garlic does NOT cause anemia in humans. ONLY in ANIMALS.

Garlic actually builds the blood in humans. The opposite of animals.
