I still have not Received Sheldeez ORDER after 2 WEEKS!

What is going on????????? I have well run out of keracare products and these heifers are trying to play with my one hundred dollar order and my hair.......I am about to throw down! does anybody know what the hell is going on with them?!

I remeber one time I ordered the Design essential line and it took 3 weeks. They said they were back ordered one of my items, Maybe thats what happened.

Did you call or e-mail Art? I was waiting to give myself a touch up and it was about 2 weeks. Icalled and he was like it was on back order but the funny thing was that after I called I received everything in the mail 2 days later. They have gottenbad with the shipping and communication.
