I just can't swallow tablets. I've tried I really have. I've tried soft gels and easy swallow, but I gag everytime. The msm I have is in powder form, even my doctor prescribes me liquid antibiotics!
Does anyone know of any ADULT chewable tablets? I've looked everywhere.

Have you tried liquid vitamins. I know for sure almost all the stores sell Centrum (sp) in a liquid form.

How about cutting them so they're smaller? I am terrible at swallowing pills, especially large ones. After cutting my tablets today, I magically swalled with no problem.
I've read of a product while doing a search for how to swallow pills last week and someone mentioned this product (http://www.spraynswallow.com/). I've never used it but it seems worth looking into. Good luck.

Thanks for your suggestions everyone. Lana, I'm a flight attendant and can't keep the liquid cool. Belle, I've tried to cut them up, and still feel a bit sick. I'll try it again though in applesauce and see what happens.

Iris, what brand vitamins do you use?

i have the same problem. I just gave up on the hair vites. I probably could do the GNC hair vites if they were gel form. So i only do a daily multivitamin. I do the Eckerds 1-a-day. they are smaller than a tylenol tablet. I think Eckerds is the generic brand but i'm not sure of what is the real brand that has tablets this small....so i stick with the Eckerds brand. and i know they are absorping because i dont get sick often when i am taking them...

Why not take the Childrens Chewable. I do and don't seem to have any problems. Most tell you how many to take for adults. I've even compared what's in them against vitamins for adults and didn't see any or very little difference. I think there are others on board that take them as well.

Yeah, you can definitely take children's vitamins and just take the appropriate number to get the adult levels of the vitamins. They have the hard chewable kind but they also have the ones that are like candy--gummies and jelly beans and stuff

Anway, lots of brands make chewables for adults too. Search on amazon or on a site where they sell vitamins and look for some. I'm almost positive I've seen a chewable Centrum recently.

I took the chewable Centrum for a while. There's a liquid version too but I like the chewable one better. The liquid vitamin is utterly gross to me.

Thank you sooo much ladies! I knew I should've just come and asked here instead of wasting my time going to GNC and Bristol Farms.
