I may not always be right, but I'm never wrong.
bandwagon, but EVERYTIME I go to order the stuff, I get so overwhelmed:cry:i was on the site to order the MT, and the castor oil, and the garlic supplements, but i cant do it:wallbash::wallbash::wallbash:

I am actually using MT without any add-ons. And, I got the garlic pills from a local drug store. But, not everyone gets the shedding so you may not need them. I'm taking the garlic pills just in case.

I know it can get a bit confusing.

Keep it simple. More than likely you won't need to take garlic supplements for shedding. The majority of people using MT do not shed.

Just apply the MT lightly on your scalp, massage it in and call it a night (or day). Some people use the oil to help the MT spread easier, but it's not necessary unless you like a little slip. Rinse it out the next time you wash. That simple. Make sure you deep condition with a non-protein conditioner regularly. Moisturize, seal and style as you normally would.

I just use the MT directly on the scalp with an applicator bottle. Rub it in and go.

No fuss, no pills, no mixing, no diluting, no garlic condish, no stress.

You may not need those things.

If you decide to do it, just take everything slowly. Start off by using MT a few times a week on your scalp ( I do recommend adding the castor oil).

Make sure you deep condition and moisturize your hair. It really should be quite simple.

I had to cut back on the amount of MT I was using which was causing shedding for me. Now I use it 3x a week which is fine for me. That's why I recommend starting slowly and then building up.

If you still feel apprehensive than maybe you should wait and continue your regimen as is. Your hair will grow regardless. :yep:
