Just thought I'd post pics to show that my hair has grown! It was pointed out to me from a fellow LCHFer that my hair has grown a lot--and it's funny, but I never really paid attention. You really don't notice hair growth that much when you wear your hair in such a curly state--I'm sure the natural/texturized girls can relate. Well, I went back and looked at a picture I took in April and compared it to one I took a couple weeks ago, and by golly, you CAN see a difference! Yay! /images/graemlins/weird.gif haha

WOW!! Your hair really has grown a lot. I'm textlaxed so when I wash my hair at home it's always shorter once airdried. But when I get my hair done at the salon I can see a major difference in length. Congratulations on all that growth!!

Thx ya'll!! By the way, I am pretty free-spirited in nature and tend to rebel against any structure, other than showing up for work everyday, but that's all I can take...haha So it's really hard for me to remember stuff, like taking the vitamins and supplements....well, with much struggle, I've formed a habit of taking all of these pills everyday, and I have to say, it has really given my hair growth a little boost!
