ok i ordered some oil off amazon.com recently. i've ordered from them before and have never had problems. well this recent order i put in last week said it would ship out on the 10th of this month. well im trying to track it and its not even in my account that i ordered it and i know the order went through.
what am i supposed to do?

Have you tried calling amazon?

You should check your email account to see if amazon.com sent you a confirmation. Within that email it should have all the information you need pertaining to your order, including a contact number.
