Hi girlie !

I use " Feosol " from Walmart. It's not a walmart brand tho. It's expensive, 8.00 + a bottle, but it works. Take vit C with iron to absorb into the blood stream.

Your welcomed. I know my iron is low and it's making my hair shed. I NEVER would have guessed it. Girl, I thought I had a thyroid problem or something. So, jump on that iron just in case it's a little low.

I need a good brand for Zinc, so let me know if you find one. TTYL !

I'm always mad tired and myh ands and feet are cold!
