I Need A Haircut And Shape

I need a haircut.

I'm want length and I want volume.
I want twist outs to be banging.

The photo in the pink is from January. I'm always growing a "tail" . So annoying.

The one in the white shirt is from September.

What do I say when I go into the salon? I have 4c hair

I live in south Florida. Help me find a salon that will shape me up!!
